AM5-DB低壓備自投裝置在河北冠益榮信科技公司洞庭變電站工程中的應用

  摘 要:隨著電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)不斷增加,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)要求(qiu)越來越高,許多供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)已(yi)具備(bei)兩回或(huo)多回供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路。備(bei)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)自動(dong)(dong)投(tou)(tou)入裝置(zhi)可(ke)(ke)以有效提高供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),該類裝置(zhi)能夠(gou)在工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)因故(gu)障斷開(kai)后,自動(dong)(dong)且迅速(su)地將(jiang)備(bei)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)投(tou)(tou)入到工作或(huo)將(jiang)用戶(hu)切換到備(bei)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)上。本文介紹的(de)AM5-DB低壓備(bei)自投(tou)(tou)裝置(zhi),可(ke)(ke)以針對洞庭變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)工程中不同的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方式提供對應的(de)保(bao)護功能,能大大提高變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)運行(xing)的(de)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)、安全性(xing)和供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)質量,有利于(yu)實現變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)綜(zong)合自動(dong)(dong)化,實現無人或(huo)少人值(zhi)班。

  1 項目概況

  本項目(mu)為(wei)湖南(nan)洞庭500kV變(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)新建工(gong)程,項目(mu)主(zhu)要內(nei)容為(wei)變(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)配電柜,含三(san)個站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)用變(bian)進(jin)線(xian)、一個聯絡(luo),其中0#站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)用變(bian)電壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)10kV/0.4kV,1#和2#站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)用變(bian)電壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)35kV/0.4kV。當(dang)任意一臺站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)用變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)退出時,備用站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)用變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)應能(neng)自動切換(huan)至失電的工(gong)作母線(xian)段,繼續供電。并且(qie)當(dang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)用低(di)壓(ya)(ya)工(gong)作母線(xian)間裝設備自投裝置時,應具備低(di)壓(ya)(ya)母線(xian)故障閉鎖備自投功(gong)能(neng)。

  2 產品需求

  本項目電氣主接(jie)線(xian)圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)1所示,共需要實現以下兩種方(fang)式的備自(zi)投(tou)邏輯:

  控制方式一(yi):#0、#2站用(yong)變投(tou)運,#1站未投(tou)運。

  正常(chang)運行時(shi),2QF合閘、5QF合閘,3QF,4QF斷(duan)開,此時(shi)由#2站用變帶(dai)兩段母線運行(#1站為緊急(ji)電源,手(shou)動(dong)操作,1QF默(mo)認斷(duan)開)。當備自(zi)(zi)投(tou)檢測(ce)到此時(shi)的電壓(ya)、電流和斷(duan)路器狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai),經過(guo)一定的延(yan)時(shi),備自(zi)(zi)投(tou)充電進入準備狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)。

  當#2站(zhan)用變(bian)進線(xian)電壓異常,備(bei)自投檢測到#2站(zhan)用變(bian)無(wu)壓無(wu)流(liu),則斷(duan)(duan)開(kai)(kai)#2站(zhan)進線(xian)斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器2QF、母聯斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器5QF進線(xian)開(kai)(kai)關(guan),然(ran)后,備(bei)自投合#0站(zhan)用變(bian)斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器3QF、4QF開(kai)(kai)關(guan),此時由#0站(zhan)用變(bian)帶兩段母線(xian)。

  當(dang)#2站用變(bian)進(jin)線電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)恢復正常,備自投檢測到進(jin)線2的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)后,備自投充電(dian)(dian)(dian)準備恢復由#2進(jin)線供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。充電(dian)(dian)(dian)完成后,備自投斷(duan)(duan)開(kai)#0站用變(bian)斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器QF3、QF4開(kai)關,合上#2站進(jin)線斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器2QF、母聯斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器5QF,恢復#2站帶整段(duan)。

  控制方式二:#1、#0、#2站用變(bian)投運。

  (1)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)行時: #1站用(yong)變進(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)帶I段母(mu)線(xian)(xian),#2站用(yong)變進(jin)(jin)線(xian)(xian)帶II段母(mu)線(xian)(xian),即1QF、2QF為合,3QF,4QF,5QF斷開。當備(bei)自(zi)投檢測到此(ci)時的電壓(ya)、電流和斷路器狀態,經過一定(ding)的延時,備(bei)自(zi)投充(chong)電進(jin)(jin)入準備(bei)狀態。

  (2)進線1電壓異常(chang)后恢復正常(chang):

  ① 當(dang)1QF進線電壓異常,備自投檢測到(dao)#1站(zhan)用變(bian)無(wu)壓無(wu)流,則(ze)斷開(kai)1QF進線開(kai)關,再合(he)上#0站(zhan)用變(bian)的3QF 開(kai)關,由#0站(zhan)用變(bian)給I段(duan)母(mu)線供電。(其中,5QF母(mu)聯開(kai)關作為(wei)手動(dong)維修開(kai)關)。

  ② 當備自(zi)投檢測到進(jin)線(xian)1恢復(fu)(fu)正常電(dian)壓(ya),備自(zi)投充電(dian)準備恢復(fu)(fu)由(you)#1進(jin)線(xian)供(gong)電(dian)。充電(dian)完成后,備自(zi)投斷(duan)開3QF開關(guan),合上1QF,恢復(fu)(fu)#1站用變帶(dai)I段母(mu)線(xian)。

  (3)進線(xian)2電壓異(yi)常(chang)后恢復(fu)正常(chang):

  ① 當2QF進線(xian)(xian)電壓異常,備自(zi)投檢測到#2站(zhan)用(yong)變(bian)無壓無流,則斷開(kai)2QF進線(xian)(xian)開(kai)關(guan),再合上#0站(zhan)用(yong)變(bian)的4QF 開(kai)關(guan),由#0站(zhan)用(yong)變(bian)給(gei)II段母線(xian)(xian)供電。(其中,5QF母聯開(kai)關(guan)作為手動維修開(kai)關(guan))。

  ② 當備自(zi)投檢測(ce)到進(jin)線2恢復(fu)正常電(dian)(dian)壓,備自(zi)投充電(dian)(dian)準備恢復(fu)由#2進(jin)線供電(dian)(dian)。充電(dian)(dian)完成后,備自(zi)投斷開4QF,合上2QF,恢復(fu)#2站(zhan)用變帶II段母線。

  3 產品方案

  本工(gong)程(cheng)共有3個(ge)(ge)站用(yong)變進(jin)線(xian),1個(ge)(ge)母聯(lian),采用(yong)單母線(xian)系統,配置(zhi)2臺AM5-DB低壓備自投保(bao)護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)分別安裝(zhuang)在3QF和4QF柜(ju)子上搭配使(shi)用(yong),根據(ju)供電方式(shi)繪制帶有互(hu)鎖(suo)關系的二次(ci)原理圖,并定制特殊(shu)程(cheng)序實現主、備電源的互(hu)相投切,

  裝置背部(bu)端(duan)子設計方案如下:

  4 現場安裝圖片

  本項(xiang)目AM5-DB低壓(ya)備(bei)自投保護(hu)裝(zhuang)置就地分(fen)散安裝(zhuang)在低壓(ya)開關柜上,現場安裝(zhuang)如下圖(tu)所示,該(gai)項(xiang)目已于(yu)2023年送電使用,運行正常。

  5 結語

  我國的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力供(gong)應(ying)(ying)主要依(yi)靠國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)力缺(que)口也在不(bu)斷變大,尤其(qi)在用電(dian)(dian)(dian)高峰期缺(que)電(dian)(dian)(dian)現(xian)象嚴重(zhong),為(wei)此很多大型(xing)企(qi)業便自(zi)(zi)建(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠或配備發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機。備用電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)自(zi)(zi)動投入裝置,可(ke)(ke)以保(bao)證電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)不(bu)間斷供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)并(bing)提高供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)高可(ke)(ke)靠性,目前(qian)已經成為(wei)現(xian)代(dai)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中保(bao)護和控制回路(lu)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要部分。本文介(jie)紹的(de)(de)洞庭500kV變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站配電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)使用AM5-DB低(di)壓(ya)備自(zi)(zi)投保(bao)護裝置為(wei)不(bu)同的(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方式提供(gong)對應(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)保(bao)護功(gong)能。不(bu)但提高了(le)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)靠性,使整個(ge)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實現(xian)了(le)綜合自(zi)(zi)動化,還(huan)有效地降低(di)了(le)工(gong)(gong)作人員的(de)(de)勞(lao)動強度。
